Build the future of equity compensation planning.

Gemifi helps financial advisors turn messy equity compensation data into clear, confident planning decisions. We’re a small, early team — which means real ownership, fast shipping, and work that lands in front of customers.

Why Gemifi

A small team solving a real, hard problem.

Equity compensation is where a lot of wealth is created — and where advisors and clients most often get stuck. We’re building the tooling, support motion, and agent-forward engineering practice that make it understandable.

Advisor-obsessed

We build for financial advisors and the high-net-worth clients they serve. Customer conversations, onboarding notes, and support patterns feed directly into what we ship.

Agent-forward by default

We use AI agents and tight engineering loops to ship, test, debug, and improve the product faster. Candidates should be excited to work this way, not merely tolerate it.

Precision matters

We work with equity compensation, tax lots, and money. Correctness and clear communication aren’t nice-to-haves — they’re the product.

Open roles

Don’t see a perfect fit but think you’d add to the team? We still want to hear from you.

Help advisory firms get value from Gemifi from the moment they raise their hand. You’ll own inbound lead follow-up, onboarding, day-to-day support, and the customer feedback loop that helps the founders and product team decide what to build next.

What you’ll do

  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound leads from advisors and firms
  • Help qualify interest, schedule next steps, and keep prospects moving
  • Onboard new customers through setup, first workflows, and early adoption
  • Provide day-to-day customer support through email, calls, and product guidance
  • Capture recurring questions, objections, bugs, and workflow gaps for the founders and product team
  • Help build lightweight support docs, onboarding checklists, and customer success processes

What we’re looking for

  • Clear, warm communicator who can work with financial advisors and firm operators
  • Comfortable learning equity compensation planning well enough to guide users credibly
  • Organized follow-through across leads, onboarding tasks, and support conversations
  • Early-stage mindset: willing to create process where none exists yet
  • Bonus: wealth management, fintech, B2B SaaS, customer success, sales support, or support experience

Product Engineer

Full-time Remote
Apply now

Build customer-facing product with high agency, using modern AI tools and agent loops as part of the engineering workflow. You should be able to turn customer problems into shipped features across our Bun/TypeScript monorepo: the React/Vite web app, Elysia API, shared SDK, tax engine, and agent-ops workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Ship product features across our Bun, TypeScript, React, and API codebases
  • Use agentic development workflows to plan, implement, test, and harden features
  • Help build and improve internal agent loops for auto-healing, QA, bug fixing, and feature development
  • Work directly with the CTO and founders to translate advisor workflows into reliable product
  • Own product surfaces involving equity data, planning workflows, imports, and customer-facing UX
  • Improve tests, observability, review practices, and engineering quality as the team grows

What we’re looking for

  • Strong TypeScript, React, and full-stack product engineering experience
  • Comfortable with React/Vite, APIs, Postgres-backed data models, Kysely/ZenStack, and polished user interfaces
  • Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or custom agents
  • High ownership: can break down ambiguous product needs and ship without constant direction
  • Strong product taste and care for correctness, especially around financial data
  • Bonus: fintech, equity compensation, wealth management, data import/parsing, automation, or agent infrastructure experience

How to apply

Tell us a little about yourself.

Email contact@gemifi.co with the role you’re interested in, a short note on why, and a resume or LinkedIn. Product Engineer candidates should include GitHub, shipped work, portfolio links, or examples of agentic development. Customer Success candidates should share examples of onboarding, support, sales support, or customer operations work. We read every message and reply personally.
